titleOfInvention | Resin molding and manufacture thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: To enable to form a molding main body together with coating by a method wherein resin for molding main body is cast in a force, to which an in- mold coating of molding skin coating is applied, and, after that, applied by high frequency heating. n CONSTITUTION: Firstly, a force 2 is applied by spraying with urethan coating 1 diluted by solvent as thin as 20W30μm and dried by being heated for about 15min at 80°C. Secondly, foamed polyvinyl chloride sol 3 is poured in the force 2 and, after that a silicone top force 4 is placed on the bottom force 2 and at the same time electrodes 7 and 8 are attached in order to apply high frequency voltage. Consequently, the polyvinyl chloride sol and the semi-cured coating develop heat internally, resulting in allowing the polyvinyl chloride sol to cure itself and at the same time the semi-cured coating to cure itself while being gotten to fit the back surface of the polyvinyl chloride sol. Accordingly, the coating 1 and the polyvinyl chloride sol are brought into solvent-welded state and at the same time produce anchoring effect and, after being cooled, are taken out of the force in the form of a finished molding 10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
