titleOfInvention Vinyl chloride resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: To provide a composition having excellent weather resistance and flatting efficiency and improved impact resistance, by compounding an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-vinyl acetate-CO terpolymer with a partially crosslinked vinyl chloride resin having controlled gel content together with a vinyl chloride resin. n CONSTITUTION: The objective resin composition is produced by compounding (A) 5W25pts.wt. of (i) a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate and/or (ii) a terpolymer of ethylene, vinyl acetate and CO with (B) 100pts.wt. of (iii) a vinyl chloride resin and/or (iv) a partially crosslinked vinyl chloride resin obtained by the copolymerization of (a) vinyl chloride or a monomer mixture containing ≥60wt% vinyl chloride monomer with (b) a crosslinking agent. The gel fraction is formed preferably with the crosslinking agent of formula (R 1 is H or CH 3 ; R 2 is H or 1W4C alkyl; R 3 and R 4 are H, CH 3 , etc.; m and n are 1W10; X is Br, Cl or H), etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
