titleOfInvention Radiation remedy for ulcer and method
abstract PURPOSE: The titled remedy for skin administration, containing ubidecarenone as an active ingredient. n CONSTITUTION: A radiation remedy for ulcer for skin administration containing 0.05W5.0wt%, preferably 0.1W2.0wt% ubidecarenone (melting point: 48W52°C, yellow orange crystalline powder, fat-soluble, slightly soluble in water and methanol). Ubidecarenone is extracted from mitochondria of bovine cardiac muscle, and participates in an electron transfer system. Consequently, even if cardiac muscle is in ischemic state, oxygen utilization factor is improved, and high ATP production ability can be maintained. Ubidecarenone has stability in skin administration, and low irritation to the skin. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
