titleOfInvention Low-temperature liquefied-gas dripping apparatus
abstract PURPOSE:To permit the inert gas in liquid form to be economically fed into a can, etc., by feeding the liquefied gas having a low temperature into a supercooled-liquid storage tank and the pouring and dripping liquid tank in the storage tank and introducing the liquefied gas in the pouring and dripping liquid tank from a dripping nozzle valve. CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 1 for the low-temperature liquefied gas is connected to a supercooled-liquid storage tank 7 through a pipe 105 and to a pouring and dripping liquid tank 9 through a pipe 106. The liquefied gas is introduced into the storage tank 7 through a vacuum exhaust apparatus 13 by opening a valve 15, and also into the liquid tank 9 by opening a valve 107. The liquefied gas in the liquid tank 9 is cooled sufficiently in a heat exchanger 108 in spiral form. The low-temperature gas evaporated in the liquid tank 9 is introduced into the periphery of a dripping nozzle valve 12 through a pipe 110. Therefore, the valve 12 is sealed, and intrusion of the heat of the air is prevented, and adhesion of the water content in the air onto the valve 12 is prevented, and thus the normal operation of the valve 12 is secured. Thus, the liquefied gas in a constant amount can be introduced and dropped into a can, etc., by properly operating the dripping nozzle valve 12.
