abstract | NEW MATERIAL:Fourteen kinds of peptides (salts) such as H-Thr-Lys-Asp-Leu- Lys-Glu-Lys-Lys-Glu-Val-Val-Glu-Glu-OH, etc. n USE: Immuno-regulating agent. n PROCESS: The objective peptide can be prepared, e.g. by (1) charging a benzhydrylamine resin hydrochloride prepared from a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer in a solid-phase reactor, (2) reacting Boc-Glu(OBzl)-OH (Boc is amino-protecting group; Bzl is benzyl) in the presence of dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, etc., (3) eliminating the amino-protecting group, (3) successively reacting Glu, Val, Val, Glu, Lys, Lys, Glu, Lys, Leu, Asp, Lys and Thr in a simmilar manner after protecting amino group and side chain functional group, and (4) treating with hydrogen fluoride in the presence of anisole, thereby eliminating all the protecting groups and the resin. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
