abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin composition consisting of a fluorine-containing copolymer obtained by interaction between a fluorine-containing copolymer having a hydroxyl group and a lactone compd. and a hardener and exhibiting excellent resistance to weathering and improved flexibility at a low temperature. n CONSTITUTION: The resin composition consists mainly of a mixture of 50W 98pts.wt. fluorine-containing copolymer obtained by interaction between a fluorine-containing copolymer having a hydroxyl group and a lactone compd. in the ratio of 1W10mol of lactone compd. to 1mol of the hydroxyl group of the copolymer and 2W50pts.wt. hardener having a functional group capable of reacting with the hydroxyl group.
