abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a composition for the determination of ATP, etc., storable for a long period at room temperature, effective with a small amount of enzyme, and having excellent economicity, by adding a hydrophilic organic solvent to glycokinase or hexokinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is prepared by adding (A) preferably 1W30wt% of a hydrophilic organic solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide to (B) glycokinase or hexokinase and (C) glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
