titleOfInvention Pharmaceutical composition having phagocytic function
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled pharmaceutical composition containing human pepsin and/or human leukocyte pepsin-mimic enzyme as active components. n CONSTITUTION: The objective pharmaceutical composition having phagocytic function can be prepared by using human pepsin and/or human leukocyte pepsin- mimic enzyme as active components. The human pepsin can be separated from the human gastric cell, human gastric juice, human urine, etc. by combining various processes for purification of proteins (e.g. salting-out, adsorption chromatography with inorganic adsorbent, gel chromatography, etc.). The human leukocyte pepsin-minic enzyme can be separated e.g. from the human leukocyte and the promyelocytic leukemia cell HL-60 strain, etc. treated with actinomycin D using a combination of the above processes for purification of proteins. Dose: 1W1,000mg daily in the form of injection, oral drug, inhalant, rectal suppository, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
