abstract | PURPOSE:To get rid off a vacant space at the central part of a molded coil by a method wherein after a hardening accelerator is adhered to the whole of the coil simple substance, the central part of the coil or in the neighborhood of the middle layer of the coil, the coil is molded with resin to be hardened. CONSTITUTION:A solution formed by dissolving a hardening accelerator with water, a solvent, etc., is manufactured. The hardening accelerator is adhered to at least one place of the whole of the simple substance of a coil, the central part of the coil or in the neighborhood of the middle layer of the coil by applying or spraying the solution thereof to the central part of the coil, or by inserting interlaminar paper applied with the solution in the neighborhood of the central part of the coil. After then, resin molding is performed to be hardened. |
