titleOfInvention | Method for urgently stopping electromagnetic filter |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent the particles collected by a magnetic body from being carried away to a treated water side when an electromagnetic coil is urgently cut off, by cutting off a current to the electromagnetic coil after the supply of water to an electromagnetic filter is stopped when abnormality is detected. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic coil unit 30 generates heat by the lowering of a cooling water flow amount to the electromagnetic coil unit 30 and the temp. thereof exceeds the set temp. of a temp. detecting apparatus 33, a bypass valve 11 is at first opened. In the next step, isolation valves 10A, 10B are closed while the supply of water to a filter tower 1 having a electromagnetic filter is stopped and, thereafter, a current to an electromagnetic coil 3 is cut off. As a result, when the electromagnetic coil 3 is urgently cut off, fine particles collected by a magnetic body can be prevented from being carried away to a treated water side and the deterioration of treated water quality can be prevented. |
