titleOfInvention Manufacture of heat insulation cabinet body
abstract PURPOSE:To make the swell of a door panel in a mold release uniform and improve the value of a commercial product, by varying the component material of the inner layer of a foamed layer at the thick part and the thin part of the heat insulation wall of the heat insulation material for a refrigerator door. CONSTITUTION:The inner layer 5 of a heat insulation structure type RIM material of which the raw material is a polyurethane and the copper, aluminum made inner layer 6 are connected to an inner layer base 1 with the bolts 2. Then, the outer layers 3, 4 are connected and a part 11 before foaming of the door is set on it and a heat insulation material 12 is cast in a space. At the thick part of the heat insulation material like the lower part of the inner layer 6 the heat generation of a foaming reaction is large and the heat is apt to accumulate, but the inner layer 6 has a large heat conductivity and radiates the heat fast. Meanwhile, the inner layer 5 has the small heat conductivity and is heat-insulated, difficult to radiate the heat, so the heat of reaction is accumulated. Thus the heat is uniformly accumulated at the entire face of the door. Accordingly the unevenness of the door panel due to the shortening of the mold release time which accompanies the improvement of a productivity is solved.
