PURPOSE: A composition suitable as a member for underwater culture, having improved weather resistance and impact resistance, obtained by blending vinyl chloride resin with an ethylene vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer, an acrylic improver, FBP, and tribasic lead stearate. n CONSTITUTION: Vinyl chloride resin as a main component is blended with an ethylene vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer, an acrylic improver, FBP, and tribasic lead stearate in a given ratio (e.g., 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin is blended with 20W40pts.wt. copolymer, 2W10pts.wt. improver, 4W10pts.wt.
