titleOfInvention | Production of polyester film |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a film having excellent surface properties, by adding a specified metal-containing phosphorus compound and an alkaline earth metal compound in an arbitrary stage before completion of the synthesis of a polyester and forming the produced polyester into a membrane. n CONSTITUTION: A terephthalic acid-based dicarboxylic acid (derivative) component is esterified and polycondensed with a glycol component. In an arbitrary stage before completion of the synthesis of the polyester, 0.02W3mol%, based on the acid component, metal-containing phosphorus compound of the formula [wherein R 1 and R 2 are each H or a monovalent organic group, M is an alkali (alkaline earth) metal, and m is 1/2W1], e.g., phosphate diester calcium salt, and an alkaline earth metal compound (e.g., calcium acetate) in an amount 0.5W 1.2 molar times that of the metal-containing phosphorus compound are added without previously reacting them. Then, the synthesis of the polyester is completed, and the produced polyester is molten and formed into a membrane. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
