titleOfInvention Method for processing silver halide color photographic sensitive material
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent color stains due to a sensitizing dye by color developing a photosensitive material having a silver halide emulsion layer contg. a specified sensitizing dye and a surfactant in the presence of 4,4'-diamnostilbenesulfonic acid deriv. fluorescent brightening agent. CONSTITUTION:Color stains due to the presence of the remaining sensitizing dye is reduced by color developing a photosensitive material contg. the sensitizing dye represented by formula I (Z11, Z12 are each a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring condensed with an oxazole ring; R11, R12 are each alkyl or the like; R13 is H or 1-3C alkyl; X<-> is an anion; and n is 0 or 1), and >=1.5X10<-5>mol/m<2> anionic surfactant represented by formula II (one of R21 and R22 is H and the other is -SO3M; M is a monovalent cation; A is an oxygen atom or the like; and R23, R24 are each 4-16C alkyl) in the presence of 4,4'-diaminostilbenesulfonic acid deriv. fluorescent brightening agent, such as formula III.
