titleOfInvention Electrically conductive adhesive
abstract PURPOSE: An electrically conductive adhesive, consisting of an electrically conductive powder, epoxy resin, amide curing agent and a urea curing agent, having improved adheisve strength, pot life and environment resistance, and suitable for bonding and temporary bonding before soldering, etc. of electronic parts onto printed circuit boards. n CONSTITUTION: An electrically conductive adhesive consisting of (A) an electrically conductive powder, preferably silver or copper having ≤10μ particle diameter, (B) an epoxy resin, e.g. bisphenol A, as a bonding agent, (C) an amide curing agent, e.g. preferably dicyandiamide, (D) a urea curing agent, preferably 3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea, preferably at (70:30)W(90:10) weight ratio between the components (A) and (B) and (100:20)W100 weight ratio between the components (C) and (D). The amount of the curing agents is 20W50pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component (A). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
