abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a molding device for photosetting molding material having a high ultraviolet irradiation efficiency and possible to irradiate ultraviolet light uniformly even when items of complicated form are inserted by setting an ultraviolet reflective layer inside a nearly semispherical mold. CONSTITUTION:The mold 1 is nearly semispherical and has an opening 2 at the upper portion. Aluminum foil is stuck inside the mold 1 as an ultraviolet reflective layer 3. A high pressure mercury arc lamp is provided as an ultraviolet irradiating device 4 in the upper direction of the opening 2 of the mold 1. Since the ultraviolet reflective layer is provided inside the nearly semispherical mold, ultraviolet irradiation from one direction is reflected and refracted by the ultraviolet irradiating device 4 on the ultraviolet reflective layer, and can be diverted into irradiation from all angles with a high ultraviolet irradiation efficiency. Especially, when items having complicated shapes are inserted also, photosetting molding material of all of the surface can be photoset promptly and completely. |
