abstract PURPOSE: To flow a liquid in good efficiency by slight power consumption, by acting electrical force on a liquid molecule. n CONSTITUTION: A wall body 2 is provided in the liquid within a liquid tank 1 and, for example, ring shaped electric wires 3 made of copper to which high potential difference (e.g., 9,000V) is applied are provided above the wall body 2 in at least opposed relation to each other. By the mutual interference thereof, a strong part Q and a weak part Q' are generated in the electric field around the electric wires 3 and the liquid present at the outside of the opposed electric wires 3 is flowed into the space between the opposed electric wires 3 through the gap between the electric wires 3 and the wall body by the intensity of the electric field while the inflow liquid is flowed to a vertical direction relative to the wall body 2 to generate a flow P.
