abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a composite membrane having a high rate of permeation of oxygen and excellent selective permeability of oxygen by polymerizing a specific diisocyanate component and diamine component on a microporous backing membrane. n CONSTITUTION: A diisocyanate component and a diamine component are polymerized on a microporous backing membrane whereby a polymer film is formed on the backing membrane. Said diisocyanate component contains ≥50mol% component expressed by the equation I [(m) is 0 or 1W200 integers, (p) and (q) are the same or different 2W10 integers, R 1 WR 6 are the same or different 1W 10C hydrocarbon groups]. Said diamine component is expressed by the equation II(X is 2W20C org. groups, R 7 and R 8 are H or the same or different 1W6C hydrocarbon groups).
