PURPOSE: To prepare a composition giving an elastic yarn having low permanent set and excellent elastic properties, by adding a nucleating agent and inorganic fine powder uninfluential to the crystallinity to a polyether ester block copolymer. n CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of a polyether ester block copolymer elastomer containing an aromatic polyester as the hard segment and a polyether as the soft segment (the ratio of the hard segment to the soft segment is preferably 15/85W 50/50) is compounded with 0.05W5pts.wt., preferably 0.1W3pts.wt. of a nucleating agent and 0.01W15pts.wt., preferably 0.5W10pts.wt. of inorganic fine powder uninfluential to the crystallinity of the polymer.
