titleOfInvention Preparation of ester-bond hydrolase by microorganism
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare an ester-bond hydrolase by culturing microorganism belonging to Nocardia genus. n CONSTITUTION: A microbial strain belonging to Nocardia genus and capable of producing ester-bond hydrolase, e.g. Nocardia erythropolis KR-S-1 (FERM-P No. 3530), is cultured in a medium preferably in the presence of a compound having an ester bond, at 6.5W8pH and 30W42°C. The ester-bond hydrolase having strong activity not only to the natural esters such as olive oil, tributyrin, etc. but also to the synthetic esters such as phthalic acid esters is produced in the medium, and is collected therefrom. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
