titleOfInvention Auxiliary for high-frequency welding of polyester molded item
abstract PURPOSE:To provide an auxiliary that can be used under welding conditions within a wide range for high-frequency welding of polyester molded items, by composing the auxiliary of a specified water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt organic compound. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt organic compound (e.g. compounds of the formulae IV and V) of the formula I : wherein R1 represents -(CH2)l- in which l is from 1 to 3; R2 and R3 each represent 1-3C (hydroxy)alkyl; R4 represents 1-3C (hydroxy)alkyl, (halogen-substituted)benzyl, a group represented by either the formula II in which R6-R9 each represent H or methyl; m and n each are 0 to 100; Y represents NH2, or OR10 in which R10 repesents 1-4C alkyl, or the formula III, R11-CO2- wherein R11 represents a group having 5-20 carbons or R11-CONH-; and X represents a halogen, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid or methyl sulphate, is used perferably as a 0.1 to 20wt% aqueous solution.
