titleOfInvention Manufacture of bag shaped cushion body
abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate an appearance defect by effecting foamed molding after a sheet adapted to serve as a side wall of eaves configuration is set in a core which is contained within a cavity of bottom force. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of polyurethane foamable sheet 27a, 27b adapted to serve as a side wall of an eaves configuration for a bag shaped body cushion are set on a stepped surface of a second protrusion 23 in a core 12 fitted into a bottom force 11 in such a manner as that one longitudinal sides thereof are abutted with the inner wall surface of the bottom force 11. After top force 13 is closed tightly, a foamed molding is effected by filling an urethane foam undiluted solution. The formation of a defect on the eaves shaped side wall is eliminated and the appearance, strength and yield are improved.
