abstract PURPOSE: To mix and stir surely water and pressurized air by forming the end face on the inside in the forward end part of a nozzle tip to a recessed spherical shape and providing an inflow guide face recessing to the inlet side part of the opening provided in the forward end part. n CONSTITUTION: A nozzle tip 2 of a bottomed cylindrical shape is mounted to the forward end of an air piping 1, and the end face 3 on the inside at the forward end part thereof is formed to a recessed spherical shape continuous with an inner side face 4. The opening part 5 at the forward end is provided concentrically with the piping 1 in the forward end part. An inflow guide face 6 of a hollow spherical shape is provided on the inlet side of the part 5. Water 11 and pressurized air 12 are mixed and the mixture collides against the face 3 of the tip 2 and the face 6, whereby the water and the air are thoroughly mixed and stirred by the shape effect thereof. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
