titleOfInvention | Substrate for cell culture, cultivation and separation of cell using it |
abstract | PURPOSE: To cultivate and to separate a cell using a substrate for cell culture having improved adhesivity of cell to substrate and productive properties, consisting of a chemical modification collagen rich in negative electron charge or positive electron charge. n CONSTITUTION: The amino group of the side chain of collagen is converted into a succinyl group to give chemical modification collagen rich in negative electron charge, or the carboxyl group of the side chain of collagen is esterified to give chemical modification ocllagen rich in positive electron charge as a substrate for cell culture of animal. Culture is carried out using the substrate in the presence or absence of bovine fetal serum, macrophage is selectively bonded to the substrate, and the adherent cell is treated with a bivalent cationic chelating agent such as EDTA, EGTA, etc., so that a cell is separated and recovered free from damage. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
