abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare a thiamine preparation for pisciculture, by coating thiamine or a thiamine salt with a non-oleaginous coating agent such as polyvinyl acetate, ethyl cellulose, etc. n CONSTITUTION: The present coating agent is prepared by conventional method such as spray-coating, rolling coating, micro-encapsulation, etc. In the case of coating by spray-coating, a coating agent such as a copolymer of 2-methyl-5- vinylpyridine, methyl acrylate and methacrylic acid, diethylaminoacetate of polyvinyl acetal, cellulose acetate phthalate, casein, etc. is molten with heat, and mixed with powdery thiamine or a thiamine salt such as thiamine hydrochloride, nitrate, lauryl sulfate, etc., and the mixture is sprayed to obtain powdery preparation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
