titleOfInvention | Method and device for analyzing n-nitroso compound |
abstract | PURPOSE:To enable fractional analysis of N-nitrosoamide by utilizing the difference in reactivity between N-nitrosoamide and N-nitrosoamine by bringing hydrochloric acid-acetic acid or acetic acid or HI-acetic acid liquid into reaction with a sample contg. an N-nitroso compd. CONSTITUTION:The N-nitroso compd. fractionated by a liquid chromatograph from a sample contg. an N-nitroso compd. which is a cancerogenic compd. is fed into a sample feed port 12 and is fed together with the carrier gas of a cylinder 13 to a trap 10 after the pressure is regulated to atm. pressure with a resistance pipe 11 for atm. equil., by which extraneous materials are removed from the sample. A valve 9 and a valve 17 are opened to feed the sample into a reaction tube contg. a hydrochloric acid-acetic acid liquid 4 and the NO generated by reaction of the N-nitrosoamide alone is fed through a condenser 14, an alkali trap 18 and a cold trap to a detector, by which the NO is detected. The valves 9, 17 are thereafter changed over to pass the sample through a reaction tube 2 contg. an acetic acid or HI-acetic acid liquid 5 to detect the NO generated exclusively from the N-nitrosoamide. The discrimination and analysis of the N-nitrosoamide is thus made possible. |
