titleOfInvention 1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid diester derivative, its preparation and drug containing it as active ingredient
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R 1 is lower alkyl; R 2 is benzyl, or phenethyl; R 3 is lower alkyl; n and m are 0W3) or its acid addition salt. n EXAMPLE: 2,6-Dimethyl-4-(2'-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid- 3- methyl ester-5-[2,2-dimetyl-3-(N-benzyl-N-methyl-amino)propyl]ester. n USE: A remedy for diseases of cardiovascular system. Having improved pharmaceutical action such as hypotensive action, vasodilating action, etc., long duration time of the action, usable as an injection because of its easy water-solubility, showing gradual absorption from the mucosa of membrane when administered orally. n PREPARATION: An aldehyde compound shown by the formula II is reacted with an acetoacetic ester compound shown by the formula III and a 2-aminocrotonic ester compound shown by the formula IV under heating to give a compound shown by the formula I . n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
