PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent resistance to oils and ozone and suitable for use in the production of shoe soles in particular, containing a specified block copolymer and an acrylic copolymer. n CONSTITUTION: The titled compsn. contains 100pts.wt. block copolymer having a weight-average MW of 3×10 4 W30×10 4 , contg. 20W70wt% vinyl-substd. arom. compd., e.g. styrene, and composed of a conjugated diene compd., e.g. 1,3-butadiene, and a vinyl-substd. arom. compd. and 3W100pts.wt. terpolymer or four-component copolymer composed of ethylene, vinyl acetate and an alkyl acrylate of formula I (wherein R 1 is 3W8C alkyl) and/or an alkoxyalkyl acrylate of formula II(wherein R 2 is 1W4C alkylene; R 3 is 1W4C alkyl, alkoxyalkyl). Said block copolymer is excellent in thermal stability, low-temperature characteristics and slip resistance.
