titleOfInvention | Disposal of industrial waste material |
abstract | PURPOSE: To dispose an industrial waste material corresponding to a purpose, by kneading an absorbing liquid slurry containing calcuium sulfite as a main component, an additive consisting of cement and lime or coal ash and the industrial waste material while molding and curing the resulting kneaded mixture. n CONSTITUTION: An industrial waste material is put in a treating container and a slurry containing calcium sulfite discharged from a waste gas desulfurization apparatus for performing the absorbing treatment of sulfur oxide by a lime slurry, cement (if, necessary, a coagulation promoter) and lime or coal ash are subsequently injected in said container while these components are kneaded and thereafter allowed to stand. The obtained molded and cured rock like substance is used as a land reclaiming material. As the aforementioned industrial waste material, the dehydrated cake (containing carbon and a heavy metal) after the waste water treatment of waste water discharged from the periphery of a waste gas desulfurization apparatus, the waste material or coal ash discharged when an apparatus is subjected to periodic inspecition are designated. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
