titleOfInvention Method for measuring substrate or enzyme
abstract PURPOSE: To increase remarkably the reactivity, make it possible the colorimetry in the ultraviolet light region and eliminate the occurrence of pollution, by reacting H 2 O 2 with NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form) in the presence of a specific chemical in measuring a substrate or enzyme using the H 2 O 2 in the measuring system. n CONSTITUTION: A substrate or enzyme is measured by reacting the formed H 2 O 2 with NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form) or NADPH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate reduced form) in the presence of peroxidase and 4-aminoantipyrine to produce NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) or NADP (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate), and determining the H 2 O 2 from the change in the absorbance of NADH or NADPH in the ultraviolet light region. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
