Having smooth muscle relaxing action, useful for remedying spastic pain in various kinds of disorders of digestive organs, bronchial asthma, hypertension, etc. n PREPARATION: A dihalogeno compound shown by the formula II (R' 1 is and R' 2 are lower acyl or lower alkyl; R' 3 is lower alkyl; X 1 and X 2 are halogen) is dehydrohalogenated with a base [e.g., 1,8-diazabicyclo(5,4,0)-7-undecene, etc.].
