PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in adhesive power to inorganic materials, resistance to water, salt water and anodic peeling, prepared by mixing a saponified olefin/vinyl acetate copolymer with an ethylene copolymer having a specified ethylene content. n CONSTITUTION: The adhesive composition is prepared by mixing 35W80wt% saponified oelfin/vinyl acetate copolymer having an olefin content of about 15W 99mol% (e.g. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) and a degree of saponification of about 50% or higher, with 65W20wt% (B) ethylene copolymer having an ethylene content of 30W95mol% (e.g. ethylene/propylene copolymer). The resultant adhesive composition is suitable for production of laminates of metal, glass, wood, paper, cloth, polyethylene, nylon, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
