| abstract | PURPOSE:To provide a uniform film by a method wherein a plastic elastomer coat hardened on a male mold is released from the mold, reversed with inner side out, set to a female mold, engaged with another male mold and the cavity between said film and the second male mold is filled with plastics to be molded in one body with said film. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a male mold 1 is coated with mold releasing agent 2 and further plastic elastomer resin liquid such as urethane elastomer, etc. Said elastomer coat 3 is released from the male mold 1 after said resin liquid is hardened. Said film 3 reversed with inner side out is set to the working surface of a female mold 4 having the same mold shape with said male mold 1, the second male mold 5 is engaged with said female mold 4, the cavity 6 between the working surface of the second male mold 5 and said film 3 is filled with backup plastics to be molded in one body with said film 3. In this manner, a molded piece having a uniform film thickness is obtained. |
