PURPOSE: To provide the titled mixture which has excellent coatability and adhesiveness and gives moldings having good rigidity, by mixing a hydroxyl group- contg. compd., an org. peroxide and glass fiber with an olefin polymer. n CONSTITUTION: An olefin polymer mixture comprising an olefin polymer (A) (e.g. PE or PP), an org, compd. (B) having an OH group and at least one unsaturated bond per molecule (e.g. 3-hydroxy-1-propene), an org. peroxide (C) (e.g. dicumyl peroxide) and glass fiber (D) having a fiber dimerer of pref. 0.5W15μ, wherein component D accounts for 5W40wt% of the combined quantity of components A and D, and the quantity of component B is 0.1W50pts.wt. and that of component C is 0.01W20pt.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the combined quantity of components A and D. When the surface of a molding composed of this mixture is coated with a urethane paint, a coating film having improved peel strength as well as excellent resistance to oils and water is formed.
