titleOfInvention Piezoelectric material
abstract PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility of the titled material and thus facilitate the molding of a piezoelectric substance by compounding ferrodielectric particles with fluorine-containing thermoplastic rubber. n CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric material is composed of the fluorine-containing thermoplastic rubber and ferrodielectric particles. This rubber should consist of a kind of elastomer polymer chain segment and a kind of non elastomer chain segment, and one of them should be fluorine contained polymer chain segment. Besides, said rubber should consist of 40∼95pts.wt. of elastomer chain segment and 5∼60pts.wt. of non elastomer chain segment. Further, including vinylidene fluoride series polymer, the polymer thereof should be the copolymer of vinylidene polyfluoride, vinylidene fluoride, and trifluoroethylene or tetrafluoroethylene, or the mixture thereof. Then, the flexibility of the piezoelectric material is improved, thus facilitating the molding process of the piezoelectric substance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
