abstract | PURPOSE: To provide an anion exchange membrane for a diffusion dialysis membrane, etc., having excellent peel resistance, by coating a porous membrane substrate composed of polyamine-crosslinked fluorine polymer, with a polymer having ion exchange group containing quaternary ammonium salt group. n CONSTITUTION: (A) A substrate made of a porous membrane of a fluorine polymer (e.g. polyvinylidene fluoride) and crosslinked with a polyamine (e.g. ethylenediamine), is coated with (B) an organic solvent solution of a polymer having a functional group which can be aminated (e.g. styrene-chloromethylstyrene copolymer), and the coating solution is dried. The objective anion exchange membrane coated with a polymer having ion exchange group containing a quaternary ammonium salt group as an anion exchangeable group can be manufactured by aminating the above coated product with (C) an amine. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
