titleOfInvention Complex plasmid
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a microbial strain belonging to Pseudomonas genus and resistant to ampicillin and tetracycline, by using a complex plasmid composed of a DNA containing a specific region in the cell of microorganism belonging to Pseudomonas genus or Escherichia genus. CONSTITUTION:The objective complex plasmid is composed of (A) a DNA containing the drive unit region of a plasmid which can be autonomously replicated in the cell of microorganism belonging to Pseudomonas genus, (B) a DNA containing the drive unit region of a plasmid which can be autonomously replicated in the cell of microorganism belonging to Escherichia genus, and (C) a DNA containing the gene region imparting a microorganism belonging to Pseudomonas genus with the resistance to amplicillin and tetracycline. The complex plasmid has a molecular weight of 8.5 M-Dalton, and exhibits a restriction enzyme incision map of the figure.
