abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-sensitive recording material having good chromogenic property and capable of giving good stable color pictures by adding a fluoran derivative with specific groups and a phenolic derivative with specific groups to the heat-sensitive recording material. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive recording material, containing a fluoran derivative with substituted alkylamino groups at 2-position and amine residual group at 6-position and a phenolic derivative, exhibits a highly improved chromogenic property and picture storing property. As typical species of the fluoran derivatives, 2-beta-(N-phenylcarbamoyl) ethylamino-3-chlorodiethylaminofluoran, 2-N-gamma- butyroylaminopropylanilino-6-dibutylaminofluoran, 2-(N, N'-dibutylsucciamido-3- ir)methylamino-6-diethylaminofluoran, etc., may be cited. The phenolic derivative used is a compound with at least one or more phenolic hydroxide group. |
