abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a picture image providing superior results in gradation, fixation and resolution at high intensity by using humic acid as a coloring agent and adding polyolefin thereto in combination with a specified copolymer resin. CONSTITUTION:Humic acid, a salt or a deriv. thereof is used as a coloring agent, and polyolefin is added thereto. Further, a copolymer obtd. by copolymerizing a monomer expressed by the formula I (wherein R is H, CH3; A is COOCnH2n+1) with another monomer expressed by the formula II (wherein A' is COOH or formula II'; R is same as defined above), esterifying the product with a third monomer expressed by the formula III [wherein B is COOH or formula II', but when the formula I or II expresses acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, B is glycidyl methacrylate or glycidyl acrylate; when the formula I or II is glycidyl acrylate or methacrylate, B expresses (meth)acrylic acid]: grafting finally with a polymerizable monomer such as acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, styrene, etc., as a resin.
