abstract |
PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic casted piece having a hollow portion of complicated shape with ease and high precision in molding a plastic substance by using a watersoluble main mold and watersoluble cores. CONSTITUTION:A main mold A comprising a bottom force 1 and a top force 2 with a cavity C between them and cores 3 are made of watersoluble material (such as watersoluble material prepared by kneading sodium aluminate, water, alumina and sand). Silicone rubber layers are provided for each of the entire inner surface of the main mold A containing the cavity C and the entire outer surfaces of the cores 3. Liquid plastic is injected into the cavity C of the main mold A containing the cores 3 and hardened to form a plastic molding. Then, the main mold A and the cores 3 are separated by water from the plastic molding to obtain the desired plastic molding. |
