titleOfInvention | Moisture-sensitive resistor |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a moisture-sensitive resistor, excellent in adhesion to electrodes, dimensional stability, durability, and the like, by using a reaction product between a film-forming polymer having a specified hydrophilic group and an epoxy group at its side chains and a polymer having terminal NCO groups and a specified glass transition temperature. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer having both a sulfonic acid hydroxyalkylamine salt group and an epoxy group at its side chains, e.g., a copolymer of a hydroxyalkylamine salt of an ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid such as allylsulfonic acid with glycidyl acrylate or the like is reacted with a polymer having a glass transition temperature of 0 deg.C or below and terminal isocyanate groups, prepared by the addition of diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the terminals of polyethylene adipate. By using the product of the above reaction, a moistue-sensitive resistor film is formed on, e.g., an insulating substrate 1. Thereafter, electrodes 2 and 2 and lead wires 3 and 3 are connected thereto. Thus a moisture-sensitive resistor, from which an excellent moisture-sensitive element can be obtained, is provided. |
