PURPOSE: The complex obtained by linking a specific immunoglobulin or its fragment to serum albumin combined with a cell toxicity substance by a covalent bond. n CONSTITUTION: An immunoglobulin (e.g., IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD, or IgE) capable of combining specifically with a specific antigen which a cell to be killed has hand, or its fragment is linked to serum albumin combined with a cell toxicity substance (e.g., complex shown by the formula I , etc.) by a covalent bond, to give a cell toxicity complex {e.g., a complex shown by the formula II (Ab is immunoglobulin or its fragment; Al is serum albumin; Cy is cell toxicity substance; S 1 and NH are S and imino in the serum albumin; B 1 is bifunctional organic group; m is 1W30; n is 1W10), etc.}. In the linking by a covalent bond, both of them are blended with a crosslinking agent, the three may be simultaneously brought into contact with one another, however, preferably one of the proteins is reacted with the crosslinking agent, and the reaction product is reacted with the other. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
