titleOfInvention Photosensitive polyester resin composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive polyester resin composition having superior photosensitivity, printing resistance and sensitivity in printing by adding photosensitive polyester resin contg. specified polycarboxylic acid units and specified glycol units as a film forming component. CONSTITUTION:This composition contains photosensitive polyester resin as a film forming component. The polyester resin contains polycarboxylic acid units at least part of which are dicarboxylic acid units each having one or two photosensitive unsatd. double bonds adjacent to an aromatic ring and polyol units at least part of which are glycol units represented by formula I (where each of R1 and R2 is H or 1-6C alkyl; each of (l) and (m) is >=1; and l+m=2-20). Said photosensitive unsatd. dicarboxylic acid units are represented by formula II or III(where R5 is H, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, halogen or nitro; (n) is 1-4; and (q) is 1-5).
