titleOfInvention | Measurement of alpha1-chymotrypsin inhibitor activity |
abstract | PURPOSE: To measure α 1 -chymotrypsin inhibitor activity by a simple operation, by using trypsin, an inhibitor showing specificity for trypsin, etc. n CONSTITUTION: Trypsin is added to a specimen containing α 1 -chymotrypsin inhibitor at 6.0W8.5pH, other protease inhibitor is deactivated, an inhibitor such as soybean trypsin inhibitor, etc. showing specificity for trypsin is added to it so that remaining trypsin is deactivated. A fixed known amount of chymotrypsin is added to it, and reacted with α 1 -chymotrypsin inhibitor. A substrate such as benzoyl tyrosine ethyl ester, etc. to be hyrolyzed with chymotrypsin is added to it, and a substance hydrolyzed with the remaining chymotrypsin is measured, to determine α 1 -chymotrypsin inhibitor activity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio |
