titleOfInvention Vinyl chloride graft resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: A composition of rigid formulation that is obtained by adding a specific soluble copolymer as a by-product and a graft copolymer of vinyl chloride onto a specific soluble copolymer obtained as a by-product, thus showing greatly improved processability, property reproducibility of composition and low-temperature shock resistance. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 1W99pts.wt. of graft copolymer which is obtained by grafting 99W50wt% of vinyl chloride onto 1W50, preferably 5W30wt% of soluble copolymer which is formed as a by-product on the production of crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer in the presence of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst and has 20W60wt%, preferably 25W55wt% of ethylene fraction and 1W100, preferably 2W 50 melt index, the IR spectrum of the resultant graft copolymer is shown in the figure, are combined with (B) 99W1pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin other than the above graft vinyl chloride copolymer. Additionally, inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide can be used by 0.5W30pts.wt. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
