abstract PURPOSE: A stable aqueous solution containing a fat-soluble substance useful as an injection, solution for internal use, lotion agent, hair tonic, etc., obtained by blending lecithin as an essential ingredient with ethanol and/or isopropanol in a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: Fox example, in an aqueous solution containing fat-soluble substance, comprising (A) a fat-soluble substance such as vitamin A, E, D, K, ubidecarenone, their derivatives, bisabolol, salicylic ester, etc., (B) lecithin, and (C) ethanol or isopropanol, or a mixed solution thereof, as essential components, containing ≤50v/v% component C, the amount of the component B blended is ≤0.1pt.wt. when the amount of ethanol blended based on 1pt.wt. component A is <50pts.wt., and the amount of the component B blended is ≤50pts.wt. when the amount of ethanol blended is ≥50pts.wt., or the component C contains isopropanol, to give the stable above-mentioned aqueous solution. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
