abstract PURPOSE:To measure the non-uniformity insensitivity of a sensor easily in high preciseness, by a method wherein the measuring light flux of a CCD linear image sensor is formed into a configuration conforming to a practical machine by providing a light shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:Light irradiated from a tungsten reference light source 22 is supplied to a lens 24 through an iris 23 to obtain parallel light which is in turn reflected 90 deg. by a mirror 25 to obtain wavelength energy characteristics required in measurement through various color temp. conversion filter groups 26. After the resulting light is converted to diffused light by a diffusion plate 14, the diffused light is converted to light flux conforming to a practical machine by a light shielding plate 27 and the resulting light flux is supplied to a CCD linear image sensor 13 to be measured. By this constitution, the cross area shape of light flux supplied to the sensor 13 comes to a semi-circular shape and a test can be carried out in a state same as a practical machine.
