titleOfInvention | Marking ink |
abstract | PURPOSE: To make it possible to surely mark a water-wet surface, an oil film- forming surface, etc. by use of a halogenated hydrocarbon contg. fluorine as an essential substitutent as a voltile solvent for a marking ink consisting of a film- formable polymer, a colorant, etc. n CONSTITUTION: A film-formable polymer such as chlorinated polyolefin or chlorinated rubber, a colorant, a halogenated hydrocarbon contg. fluorine as an essential substitutent, such as fluorotrichloromethane or 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2- trifluoroethane, and, if necessary, a volatile solvent such as toluene or ethyl acetate are mixed to prepared the purpose marking ink. The obtd. marking ink, having ≤27dyne/cm surface tension, actively expels water or oil and adheres to a surface to be marked because of lower surface tension than that of water or oil, even if water or oil attaches to the surface when marking is carried out by use of a spray gun, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
