titleOfInvention Manufacture of extrusion molded article
abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture an extrusion molded article, easily, without troubles such as sagging, etc., by melting and extruding an aromatic polyester compounded with a bis(cyclic iminoester) compound. n CONSTITUTION: (A) An aromatic polyester having terminal hydroxyl group is compounded with (B) a bis(cyclic iminoester) compound of formulaI(Y is bivalent hydrocarbon group which may contain hetero atom; X is bivalent hydrocarbon group non-reactive under the reaction conditions and containing 1W2 ring carbon atoms forming an iminoester ring; l is 0 or 1) or formula II[A is group of formula III (R 2 is univalent hydrocarbon group) or formula IV; R is tetravalent aromatic group which may contain hetero atom; R 1 and R 2 are same or different univalent hydrocarbon group], e.g. 2,2'-bis(3,1-benzoxazin-4-one), and the mixture is molten and extruded. The amount of the additive is 0.01W5wt% of the polyester. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
