PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having suppressed blooming tendency and improved long-term thermal stability and light stability, by adding an additve based on higher fatty acids together with fine powder of specific alkaline earth metal compound to a resin. n CONSTITUTION: A resin composition containing a higher fatty acid or its derivative as a resin additive is compounded with 0.5W10moles, pref. 1W5mol, based on 1mol of the higher fatty acid or its derivative, of fine powder of an active alkaline earth metal compound having a diameter of essentially ≤10μm and selected from the oxide, hydroxide, amorphous silicate, amorphous aluminate or amorphous aluminosilicate of calcium or barium.
